Paywall rules

What stays free vs. what becomes paid

The trust model is simple: provenance is open, interpretation and packaging are paid.

Always free
Association profiles, county/unit context, public breadcrumbs, source confidence, upload intake, and missing-document requests.
Paid
AI-parsed financial facts, diligence narrative, exportable memos, bulk exports, portfolio watchlists, API access, and verified packet review.
Not sold as certainty
Unknown values remain unknown. Paid reports must keep citations, review status, and missing-document warnings attached.

Owner supply

Verified owner packet bounty

$100 is a clean starting incentive when a submitted packet materially improves a record.

The pilot can compensate owners for complete, verified financial packets that materially improve an association record. Payments should only happen after review, redaction, and provenance checks.

Report contents

What the paid risk report unlocks

This is the paid brain: structured document extraction, source-linked reasoning, and a memo useful enough for real diligence.

Financial packet extraction

Budgets, reserve schedules, financial statements, SIRS reports, insurance notices, and special assessments become structured facts instead of loose PDFs.

Risk narrative and missing-doc map

The report explains what the documents imply, what is still absent, and which missing records matter most before purchase, lending, or investment decisions.

Exportable diligence memo

Paid users receive a clean memo and evidence trail designed for agents, attorneys, lenders, and investor review.

Source audit trail

Every paid answer keeps provenance attached: public web, government registry, owner upload, CAM submission, review status, and confidence.

Implementation note

Payments are intentionally not pretending to be live yet

The professional surface is now in place, but the app should not claim instant checkout until Stripe, entitlements, report generation, and receipt workflows are wired and tested.
